Client build
Buyers that exist before any database knows them.
Hidden Business Finder reads public records to find businesses the moment they form — while they are permitted, licensed and building out, and months before they are sellable on Google Maps or in any database you can buy. Built for a client, and running in production today.
Where the value is
Scanning is cheap. Qualifying is the build.
Anyone can point a scraper at a public dataset. The hard part is everything between a pile of raw records and a business a seller can actually call.
Most matches are not buyers
Match volume is not lead volume. Most of what clears the filter is an existing business, not a new one — and a system that reports the raw matches as leads is lying to its own sales team.
The highest keyword score is often wrong
One top-scoring record turned out to be a temporary Pokémon Go event — not a buyer at all. Keyword relevance and buyer relevance are different things, which is why the scoring model never gets the final say.
Plenty of records can never become a contact
On permit records the named party is often a private individual — the owner or applicant, not a company. Useful as signal, unusable as a lead, and the reason the deliverable is licensed businesses only.
The run reproduces
You can see all three exports in the recording below.
The operator's view
One screen, one button.
The client's team does not run a script. They pick a metro and a window, press the button, and download the file. Below is that happening — the run this page reports, and then the file it produced.
The build
This is one of the systems we build.
Hidden Business Finder runs in production for a client — a system, not a demo. The output is on this page so it can be judged on its own. The method behind it stays off it: which records get read, how a business is confirmed as genuinely new, how the qualification layer decides what reaches a seller. That is the client's edge.
If you want a system like this built for you, we're happy to show you what we can do.
