Terms of Use

These terms cover the zevenue.com website and the Headless GTM plugin and skills (the "Skills") published by Zevenue. By using them, you agree to these terms.

License

The Skills are open source under the MIT License. You can use, copy, modify, and redistribute them under that license's conditions, including keeping the copyright notice. The full text ships with the Skills and in the GitHub repository.

What the Skills do and do not do

The Skills give an AI model instructions and reference material for planning outbound campaigns, qualifying and ranking companies, and drafting email copy. They do not send email, contact anyone, or submit anything on your behalf. Every output is a draft or a recommendation for you to review.

Outputs depend on the model running the Skills and on the information you supply, and they can contain mistakes. Check them before you act on them. Zevenue makes no promise that using the Skills will produce replies, meetings, customers, or any other outcome.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the Skills and their outputs, including:

• complying with the anti-spam, privacy, and consumer-protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact (such as CASL, CAN-SPAM, and the GDPR);
• honouring the terms of the platform you run the Skills in (ChatGPT, Codex, or another agent) and of any data vendor or service you connect; and
• not using the Skills to harass, deceive, or harm anyone.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Skills and the website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Zevenue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from their use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars.

Names and trademarks

Zevenue and Headless GTM are names of Zevenue. Other product and company names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
