Who we are
Zevenue is a GTM engineering firm based in Toronto, Canada. This policy covers the zevenue.com website, the Headless GTM plugin for ChatGPT and Codex, and the Headless GTM skills published on GitHub. Questions about it go to yusuf@zevenue.com.
The Headless GTM plugin and skills
The plugin is a set of instruction files (skills), reference documents, and small scripts. It has no server component and no account system. It collects no personal data.
When you use it inside ChatGPT or Codex, your prompts, the files you share, and the plugin's outputs are processed by that platform under its own privacy policy and terms. None of it is sent to Zevenue. The plugin does not use analytics or telemetry, and it never asks you to enter an API key or password in the conversation.
Where the platform runs the included scripts, they run in your own environment, read
only the files you point them at, and write their output to a runs folder
in your working directory. Some skills instruct the model to fetch public web pages, and
some describe steps that use third-party data services under accounts you hold and keys
you configure in your own environment. Those services' terms and privacy policies apply
to that use.
Any prospect or customer data you process with the skills is yours. You decide what to collect and how to use it, and you are responsible for complying with the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you and to the people you contact (for example PIPEDA and CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and the GDPR in the EU and UK).
The website
zevenue.com is a static site hosted on Netlify. Netlify's infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, timestamps) to serve and secure the site. Zevenue does not use those logs to identify visitors, and Netlify retains them under its own policy.
We do not run analytics scripts and we do not set tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they load. Some pages embed YouTube videos, and YouTube may set cookies when a video plays. Links to Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube, and GitHub take you to those services under their own policies.
Email and bookings
If you email us or book a call, we keep your name, email address, and the content of the correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the relationship. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (email hosting, scheduling, bookkeeping), who process it on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to further contact by emailing yusuf@zevenue.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
We update this page when our practices change, and the date above shows the current version.
