We're hiring
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About Zevenue
Zevenue is a remote GTM engineering firm based in Toronto, Canada. We help venture-backed startups design and build repeatable outbound and revenue systems - data pipelines, enrichment workflows, AI-assisted outreach, and experimentation engines.
This isn't a typical SDR role. You won't be smiling-and-dialing from a static list. You'll learn to build the systems that make outbound work - then run them for real clients.
The role
You'll grow through four stages, each expanding your ownership and technical depth.
01
Foundation
- Learn our methodology, tooling, and client base
- Monitor inboxes and manage replies
- Master Clay for data enrichment and list building
- Gather and organize campaign reporting
02
Campaign execution
- Write outbound messaging sequences
- Build enrichment pipelines in Clay
- Track performance metrics and spot patterns
- Run A/B experiments on copy and targeting
03
Ownership
- Manage campaign performance end-to-end
- Design lead scoring frameworks
- Build AI-assisted workflows
- Produce documentation and playbooks
04
GTM Engineer
- Transition to systems design
- Own client accounts
- Develop and refine methodology
What we're looking for
- Strong B2B copywriting - you can write messaging that is direct, specific, and earns a reply
- Understanding of outbound sales mechanics - you know how cold outreach actually works
- Comfortable with data tools - you can work across multiple platforms without getting lost
- Excellent written communication - this is a remote team, writing is how we work
- Time zone overlap with EST - enough overlap for async collaboration and live sessions
Bonus points
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment/prospecting tools
- Python or scripting familiarity
- Prior use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
- Experience with Claude Code
- Agency, startup, or B2B SaaS background
- Prior BDR/SDR, marketing, or copywriting experience
How to apply
Fill out the application form below. We'll ask about your background, how you think about B2B sales, and what draws you to GTM engineering.
