Headless GTM for ChatGPT and Codex

The judgment layer of an outbound pipeline, as skills. Plan the campaign, qualify the list, rank the accounts, write the sequence, export the sheet. Nothing sends.

Try it with

  • Plan an outbound campaign for B2B SaaS companies in the US with 50 to 500 employees
  • Qualify this list of companies against my ICP before I enrich it
  • Rank these accounts: who should I email first, and with what angle?
  • Write a 3-email cold outbound sequence for this prospect
  • I've never run an outbound campaign. Help me run my first one.

What's inside

SkillWhat it does
00-gtm-router Plans the campaign: the discovery route for your ICP shape, the steps, a per-step cost estimate, and the pilot to run first.
01-icp-qualify Judges every company on a list against your ICP with quoted evidence: qualified, uncertain, or disqualified.
05-signal-builder Ranks accounts by up to five provenance-backed signals, scored 1-10, each with a recommended approach.
email-writer Writes 3-email cold sequences using Situation, Insight, Inquisition, with word limits and a deliverability checklist.
creative-variable Specs the personalization variables for a campaign: names, grammar forms, sources, extraction prompts, fallbacks.
gtm-context Captures your offer and ICP once so every other skill reuses the same context.
07-campaign-sheet Builds a ranked who-to-contact-first sheet plus a CSV shaped for a HubSpot contact import.
run-first-campaign The cold start for an owner with no list and no CRM: context, source of record, qualify, rank, write, sheet, with an approval between steps.

Every skill runs on model judgment and the information you give it: a pasted list, an uploaded CSV, website pages, or vendor exports. No vendor API keys, no accounts, and nothing leaves the platform you run it in.

What it does not do

It never sends email and never contacts anyone on your behalf. Every output is a draft or a recommendation for you to review and approve.

The steps that acquire data - company discovery, website scraping, funding and hiring signals, email resolution - need a shell and your own vendor keys, so the plugin plans and prices them rather than running them. The full chain that runs those steps is open source in the same repository, for Claude Code and Codex.
